Pours with an amber hue that sits below a white frothy head. Hue is clear. The aroma is of cinammon, pumpkin and lots of different spices. The flavor is spicy all the way through (allspice). Also the beer has a weird green tea flavor to it - dont know what this is. Light body, light carbonation. Not a bad beer, but just not my style.

Pours a dark amber, "autumny" type color making it rather attractive in the glass. A very thin head forms and there is little lacing on the glass. The arome is also rather thin, not providing much other than hints of spices and pumpkin The spices are very noticeable in the flavor of this beer. The pumpkin is not so noticeable, just rather spicey.

Bottle. Amber pour with a thin off white head. Nice lacing. Aroma of nutmeg, other spices and (surprise) pumpkin. Taste of malt and pumpkin with alcohol present.

’Tis the season for pumpkin ale, and I have yet to taste a good one. Still, I keep hoping that someone will get it right. I like the spelling on the label. Punkin. Pours a clear amber brown with a small white head. Some nice lacing on the glass. It has a nice pumpkin pie aroma. The spices come through nicely. There is also a sour malt smell that clashes with the warm pumpkin and spice. Flavor is okay. I can taste the pumpkin and spice again. But I like a big flavor, and this just seems to be lacking somehow. This is exceptionally smooth, though. Medium bodied, and feels like silk going down. All things considered, the recipe needs some work. But I think this is the best pumpkin ale I’ve ever tasted.

Not very much pumpkin, more like pumpkin pie spice. Seems like brown ale with an afterthought. Very drinkable and pleasant on a fall day.

Clear orange brown pour with a thin white head. Malt aroma with hints of pumpkin and spice - cinnamon nutmeg, etc. Bitter clove flavor. A bit watery with hints of banana, spice, and smoke. Alcohol to finish. Flavors are generally pretty weak and overall its a pretty bland beer.

On Tap at Delux burger in PHX. Served in a pilsner glass :( Not quite what I was expecting. I’ve had several good pumpkin ales, and several REALLY bad ones...this one is middle of the road. Pours a dark amber color, no head on my beer....the spice flavor was somewhat overpowered by the alcohol. Very light on the pumpkin flavor. Maybe it was a bad keg, or maybe I was drunk....

A crystal clear orange with a 1.5 inch head that quickly reduced to half a inch, and then to nothing after the first sip. Less spice on the nose than I was expecting, but still faint hints of pumpkin pie spices. The spices come through a bit more on the finish along with a bit of the brown sugar. Body is rich and silky with lots of very fine carbonation.
