3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle to a pint glass,I’d like to start off by saying that I haven’t had many pumpkin ales nor do I like brown ales but this was recommended to me by a friend so I decided to try it out, pours a rich honey brown with a decent 2 finger off white head that doesn’t stick around long with very low lacing,a lot of bubbles from the carbonation, I get a very spicy nose its all there the cinnamon, nutmeg, brown sugar mixed with a decent amour of malt and faint hints of pumpkin, the taste follows suit with a nice spice notes up front rounding off with a sweet malt backbone this beer doesn’t put the focus on the pumpkin but its there ,has a very nice balance and high carbonation but surprisingly smooth almost creamy on the palate ...this is a perfect session beer for a fall day I didn’t think I would enjoy this but it surprised me all in all a solid fall seasonal ...cheers

4.1 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Now this is what a pumpkin ale should taste like. Very subtle pumpkin and spice overtones. More carbonated than a lot of pumpkin ales I've had.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle An almost clear one, pale amber in color and with a small, dense, off-white head. The aroma is mostly on the spiced side, with some bready, caramel malts. Meaty hints too. It’s medium bodied and with a nice carbonation level, quite dry and with a nice bitterness. Meaty, caramel and bready flavor with a good dash of spices. Too much or the wrong ones according to my palate. Decent though. Lasting spiced, bready finish with the spices dominating. Well, it’s not bad for a pumpkin spice ale, but it’s not my kind of beer anyway. 150622

pours almost clear bright golden orange with a nice reviving light beige cap, leaving some lacing. very fruity maltiness - fresh ripened apricots, allspice, woodsy vanilla, brown sugar, astringent and bitter herbs, hint of chocolate and oranges, pepper. light carbonation, light to medium body - oily; semi-sweet grassy-spicy finish. spices are very well integrated. enjoyed!

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Pours a clear orangish copper. Thin head and lacing. Pumpkin spice on the nose. An almost bitter sweet due to the malts and spices. Not really my thing, but I see why people like it.
