Pours a copper orange with a thin off-white head that dissipates very quickly. Smells like a bit nutty, a little raw pumpkin, and a hint of sweetness, and a little cinnamon. Nothing really strong coming through on in the aroma. Taste is spicy upfront, with a light pumpkin flavor, followed by a peculiar hoppy taste that I canít quite put my finger on. Finish is long with a bit of heat from the alcohol on the back end. Not a terrible beer by any means, but I remember liking it much better last year. Maybe my palate has changed or something, Iím not sure.

Fresh bottle from the keg ín bottle store in San Diego. Clear ruby color. Good head. Aroma is tricky. Once the head vanishes it smells like a bud light or any other corn rice crap beer. When you stir it it smells like spices, pumpkin, cinnamon. Taste is completely different. Malty, pumpkin, spicy, cinnamon, some dark bitter fruits. Controversial beer in my opinion. Overall tasty.

Deep amber with a cream-colored head. Spicy aroma, nutmeg, cinnamon. Sweet taste at first. Spicy, lightly hoppy finish.

The initial aroma come across like a banana eggnog, but it subsides quickly. The flavor is mild and unimpressive. This is a smooth beer and good for daytime drinking. If youíre looking for pumpkin/fall flavor I prefer jolly pumpkin (although itís a sour).

12oz bottle. Pours copper with a small white head. Aroma and taste are both predominantly pumpkin with traces of spice. Malt in the aroma. Brown sugar in the taste. Light hoppiness to the finish. Full body. Above average - slightly too much. Crisp mouthfeel.

This is not the best Pumpkin beer Iíve had, but certainly not the worst. Zero head from a slightly hazy brown color body. Aroma has more nutmeg aroma than the other spices. Some pumpkin, some allspice, but the spices are most notable in the finish.

Pours a clear medium coppery orange with a thin off white / tan head. Aroma of light bready yeast, nutmeg, and some fall spices. Very dry with some cinnamon and clove on the roof of the mouth. Tastes like burnt toast. OK but not as good as I expected.

Pours a light copper. Translucent light Amber color in the class with a short lived thin fuzzy off-white head. The aromas are fall classics with nutmeg, cinnamon and pumpkin. The flavor is pumpkin forward with some spice at the end. The brown sugar is almost non-detectable. I donít agree that this is "full-bodied". A brown ale or stout with these elements would be full bodied. More or less this comes off as a Marzen style with medium body. I was a bit disappointed with how refined and how too perfect this is. Still a good brew though.

Pours a clear orange copper with a small ecru head and moderate lacing. Aroma has brown sugar and malt with nutmeg and spiciness. Taste isnít as heavy as I thought with mostly baking spices like all spice, nutmeg and a bit of cinnamon and clove, but also has some caramel and vanilla without actually being sweet. Finishes with a mild lingering bitterness that seems to come from the spices. Surprisingly dry. Light bodied with a mouthfeel that could seem thin if it wasnít for the lively carbonation. Nice pumpkin beer that gives you what you expect without being overpowering and an over spiced mess like some pumpkin ales.
