Not as good as some other pumpkin ales, but good. Orange color and has a descent head. Average pumpkin ale if interested. 37steel (186), St. Charles, Illinois, USA

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Aug 21, 2008 Bottle 08’. Pours and amber/ruby with a white head. Smells of cinnamon, nutmeg, pumpkins...pumpkin pie basically. Nose is really well done. The flavor is sweet with spice and pumpkin notes in the finish. Warm full bodied brown ale that is very well done. I dont normally like Pumpkin beers all that much but this is one of the best I’ve had. Also a good bit more pricy than its counterparts. barleynhops (82), Alpharetta, Georgia, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Oct 31, 2008 Not bad for a spiced beer. The ingredients mask the alcohol, but for the season, it well worth the wait. BrotherGrendel (611), San Diego, California, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Feb 9, 2009 Pours a ruby orange hue, white sudsy head dissipates to a ring, great clarity. Nose is dominated by spices (nutmeg and brown sugar), tones of pumpkin and bready malts. Taste is spice-forward with allspice and ginger hitting first, followed by cinnamon and brown sugar, the pumpkin is really in the background but consistent, some bready and nutty malts near the bitter finish. Medium-full bodied, moderate-high carbonation, oily texture coats the tongue. Overall a beer more spiced than pumpkin, good for the fall season. mburmei1 (7), Atlanta, Georgia, USA does not count | 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jan 27, 2009 I’m a real pumpkin fan so this was a treat for that reason. Especially considering the last pumpkin ale (which will not be named here) was utterly terrible.
Alright, here we go:
Appearance is an orange-amber with faint cloudiness. Aroma is pumpkin dominated with some nutmeg. Mouthfeel is very smooth. The aromas translate very well into the taste, along with some banana, and some cinnamon. Hoptagon (146), Arlington, Virginia, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Feb 17, 2008 12 oz. bottle. As has been my usual experience with this beer, the pour is dark amber with little to no head. Aroma brings to mind a fresh pumpkin pie with cinnamon, pumpkin and nutmeg dominating. The flavor is a bit more subdued, one of the things I like about this beer is that the pumpkin is not overdone. It complements the beer, but doesn’t overpower it. Body is medium and the malts hold up well behind all the spices. Perfect fall beer. Jblauvs (643), Manchester, New Hampshire, USA
