Brewed and served exclusively at the Rehoboth Beach, DE brewpub. A nitrogen-poured Rye Beer is now on tap at the Pub! Concieved and brewed by our pub GM Jason, Ryehoboth is a sunburst orange brew has a creamy head and mouthfeel. The Rye lends a smooth dry character and is accented by the sublte hop bitteness. Very refreshing! Get is while you can.... 5.5% ABV 28 IBU

On tap @ the Brewpub-Golden pour w/a moderate head. Sweet aroma. Sweet, honeylike flavor, some orange/citrus, not much hop, kind of dry/bitter with a good bit of carbonation. Smooth & easy to drink, but not a whole lot here. I was expecting something a little more malty/darker. Not terrible, but a bit of a disapointment.

From the tap poured a straw color with a fair amount of head. Light refreshing hoppy flavor with a quick finish.

Not a whole lot in the aroma. It pours orange with a nice head. The taste is incredibly smooth but full of subtle flavors. Easily the most sessionable beer of DHs Ive ever had. It was perfect for a warm spring day on the DH deck!

On tap at Dogfish pub. My 1100 th beer. Coppery pour with aroma of spice, rye and hop. Taste was caramel malts, bread and orange. A mild dry hop finish. Pretty good.

Pour was pale yellow, head quite weak. Aroma and flavor like a witbier with some rye bite, although at a cost of less orangey notes. Body and flavor were a little on the weak side overall, residual sweetness also there. Only an ok brew, no big deal that I missed out on this the last summer or two down at the beach.

Draft at Rehoboth: Poured a light, hazy orange/golden color with a medium white head that dissipated. Aroma was slightly spicy, with touch of hops, spices, and certainly a decent amount of rye. The flavor was similarly a full bodied spice and rye one.

On tap @ Rehoboth. Dingy orange pour, no head or lacing. Funky grainish aroma. Flavor was heavy orange peel and coriander with a sweet malty grainy finish. This was like a so-so American Wheat, but with rye flavor instead of wheat.

On tap in rehoboth. Pint glass, dark orange color, not much head. Average aroma of some spices and maltyness. Taste reminds me of a lager... Rye, malty but not too sweet. Some spices, nicely balanced. Texture was grainy with a heavyness to it. Something different with out going over the top. Good job DFH

Draft @ Rehoboth (Aug): Poured a hazy copper color with a white head. The aroma was spice, hops, and rye. The flavor was well balanced, spicy, citrus, sweet malts and a creamy finish. Overall, Id drink this again.

Nitro Draught @ DFH Rehoboth: This one poured a cloudy, darker golden color. There was 1 finger of a dense white head. It left lots of lacing. The aroma is lighter, but very nice. Scents of the rye, as well as juniper and some citrus. The taste is also good. It is very silky and creamy on the tongue and goes down easy. The taste has notes of rye, and a faint citrus and juniper taste. It is also a hint sour. Very Good!
