[ Trade by CaptainCougar ]. Clear light medium orange color with a small, frothy to fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, spicy, cinnamon, moderate hoppy, tea, junipeer, spicy. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, spicy, berry - fruity sweet, junipeer, tea. This is not my kind of beer. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100208]

Bottled. An golden beer with some sediement floating around under a thin white head. The aroma has notes of ginger and tea. The flavor is sweet with notes of ginger, tea, and juniper berries, leading to a dry spicy finish.

75 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with small yeast floaties. Aroma is solid coriander to ginger spiced. Sweet coriander and sweet buiscuit spiced flavoured. Dry phenolic and slight spiced note. Smooth caramelish and malty finish. Too spiced for my liking.

Bottled (thanks Thomassova4). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is juniper, spices, herbs, some tea, mild maltyness. Quite pleasant. Flavour is herbs, spices and malts. Extremely pleasantly balanced. Nice thing.

Sweet and fruity aroma of caramel and vanilla with notes of spices.
Sweet flavour of fruits, caramel and vanilla with notes of spices and honey cake.
