PWalk (334), Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA May 16, 2005 Not the greatest Pale Ale out there but definitely worth a try. I’ve had non beer drinking friends of mine swear by the stuff but I just can’t crawl into the bottle with this one.
D_malone102 (95), Denver, Colorado, USA Sep 25, 2008 Very good session beer. Nice and balanced pale ale. I could drink this alot. afireinside96 (495), Mountville, Pennsylvania, USA Sep 21, 2008 On draft at the brewpub. golden amber body with a small white head. Smells of caramel, citrusy hops, nutty. Taste is similar with hops taking a slightly larger role. Great session material. LooseCannon (680), Norfolk, Virginia, USA Sep 6, 2008 12oz bottle. Pours clear amber in color with full foamy white head. Aroma roasted malt and hops. Taste sweet, roasted malt, nutty and bitter with bitter finish. branspra (47), Arlington, Virginia, USA Sep 5, 2008 Bottle. Good session beer that can enable one to enjoy a day of drinking (tailgate perhaps). Light color with small head and minimal resin. Much better than mass-produced lagers for enjoying several beers. BuckeyeSammy (380), New York City, New York, USA Aug 31, 2008 Nothing special or out of the ordinary with this mediocre beer. Smells like a farm, tastes like burnt farts. That’s about it. Shame on you dogfish, pretty bad. Some malt, banana, a splash of hops in flavor. Upside? I guess it’s balanced..
