2.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 Foxbush (991) - Richmond, Virginia, USA - OCT 26, 2004A white frothy head that didn’t last long. This is an ordinary product. This ale is drinkable but not special. The color was coppery and aroma was lightly hoppy. I have had better from this brewery.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 jrodooo5 (500) - Wilmington, Delaware, USA - NOV 16, 2012
It pours a nice copper with a thick white head that leaves moderate lacing. The aroma is rather bland with nothing at all really standing out. The taste is clean but fairly watery. Very un-DFH like. Dull & uninteresting. Bleh.
2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20 MrChopin (2527) - Baltimore, Maryland, USA - NOV 6, 2012
brewpub tap. hazy amber with a small-bubbled beige head that slowly wanes to a crescent moon. Nose confuses immediately with synthetic milky desert notes, a spiced coffee or cocoa. Dry cedar emerges with warmth. Flavor is off with light bile, toast at the front with marshmallow creamy sweetness through the sugary finish. Gritty texture. A shotgun profile that misses the target. DFH.
3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 RABinVA (689) - Fredericksburg, Virginia, USA - OCT 13, 2012
On tap at the brewpub. Pours pale amber with a fruity aroma. Overly juicy for a pale ale. Like a very fruity pilsner more than a pale ale. Not much bitterness here. Definitely made for people who don’t know what else to get/are afraid of the rest of the offerings.

Yes it is a Pale Ale. Pours a amber color with decent grassy, earthy hop nose. On the matly side with a little bitterness. Good.
