2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
This bottled brew from a grocery store poured a large sized head of foamy finely sized off-white colored bubbles that were long lasting and left behind a very softly carbonated transparent light brown orange colored body and a good lacing. The mild aroma was mild fruit and mild spice. The mild citrus mouth feel was tingly at the start with a mediumly tingly finish with a mellow fruity aftertaste. The ok flavor contained notes of mild citrus mild spice mild hops and fruity. A decent one but not one that I would consider drinking again.

Reddish pour with little head. Some citrus and vino in the nose. Mild bitterness, with wine notes in the front. Not very notable finish - could be a little crisper/cleaner. Itís okay.

A copper colored beer with an off-white head. The aroma is grapy, fruity, a little bit toasty and nutty. Lively carbonation, medium body. The taste is rather malty with a long bitterness at the end.

From the tap it has a amber like color with a nice head. The smell of pine, citrus and lemon zest come from the glass. The taste has a refreshing zing up front. I notice grapefruit, lemons, pine and straw. Slight bitterness on the finish. Great finish.

Bottle. Pours a rather jarring purple-pink with a high, fluffy, pinkish-white head. Nose is -- OK, I used to work in a winery. And after a while, thereís a smell to a wineryís stone floors; spilled wine, yeast, wet stone, an odd cheese element, a little mold, it just sinks into everything and doesnít go away. Itís not a bad smell, but itís very typical. This beer smells like that, with just a faint hint of eau de upchuck. Some hops bitterness up front, along with dirt, red wine, and a more aggressive bitterness on the close. No sweetness at all; no detectable malt. Way out of balance; this is too wack to handle. Finish is spit bucket nasty. No.

12oz bottle from Jís Liquors in Owensboro, KY. Poured into a stemmed tulip. Plum red color with a modest rose-pink head that dissipated fairly quickly. Nice carbonation. Nose smells of blueberry, grape, lime. Grape is well-balanced with hops to give a nice flavor. Very refreshing as an after dinner beer. Mouthfeel was very springy like a nice rose wine. Really enjoyed this.
