3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Had on tap at the Grog yesterday evening. $6.00 exactly for the full pint. Clear amber pour; off-white head one finger in length. First sip, I got a lot of maize, garden herbs, cotton candy, and wood. Hops met at the back of the throat by swallow. Grape must vaguely remembered: screamed chewing gum and bong water. Unremarkable, but passable.

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
Interesting brew. Pours a crystal clear ruby read color, with a light pink head. Dissipates rather quickly. Aroma is mild hops and sweet grapes. Mouthfeel is acidic, tastes kinda like a watered down, carbonated red wine. Not really my thing, but nice to try.

3.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle. Poured a redish color with a white head. Smells funky like weak red wine. I’ll be honest, it tastes better than I thought it would. A bit hoppy with a dry red wine finish. I like it.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Reddish-purple hued amber. Nose is a muddled aroma of generic hops and watered down, wet red grape. Flavor is again very muddled. Generic hop bitterness covering up a lot of the grape flavors. Watery bitter grape water finish. Meh.

Cross between sparking grape and an IPA. Interesting idea, but probably won’t get it again.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
This one definitely has the nose of an IPA. Pours a nice dark amber color. You can definitely taste the grapes in this one, but overall it tastes watered down to me.

2.1 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Bottle pours ruby golden with thin white head and almost no lacing. Aroma has an odd acidic quality that is not particularly pleasant. Taste is moderately sweet but acidic with not much in the way of hops. Medium body with moderate carbonation. Not a bad beer but disappointing. Interesting experimental brew but aside from the second bottle I bought, I won’t drink again.

Unique. Had the full bodied effect of a wine. Gonna go great with my lamb burger and spicy ketchup.

2.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Pours an amber or ruby red with little head or lace. The aroma is something like 60 Minute IPA with a slight, sweet, vaguely artificial grape thing in the background. The flavor is not bad, but this thing is front loaded. You get a big burst of hops and a little fruit on the front of the tongue, but it finishes like water. There’s just nothing going on at the swallow and nothing lingers in the nose or on the tongue. It isn’t a bad beer, it just isn’t much of a beer.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Draft - Sweet caramel malts and earthy citrus hops. Clear gold wit a thin head. Slight sour fruit, caramel malts and mellow hops in the background. The grape really mutes the hops but adds a fruity souness that is really pleasant.
