3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Nice amber/ruby color; Medium slightly creamy body; Aroma of nice floral hops, pine, & some citrus/fruit; Flavor of malt, hops, caramel, citrus, and light grape notes; Finish is slightly bitter and somewhat tart; Decent aroma - but flavor gets lost in translation.

12 oz - one could definitely sense the wine presence on the nose and in the color. The back and definitely show the wine, but there wasn?t really enough of a difference between this and any other IPA. Unique in its own way and worth a try, but not calling me back.

Pours light pink rouge with a very, exceptionally pale pink head. Smells mildly hoppy and a little fruity. Taste is bitter and fruity like a subtle wine. Medium-bodied with a slick texture and mild mouth-carbonation, Dogfish Head Sixty-one finishes with a light fruitiness.

UPDATED: SEP 22, 2013 Reddish brown color with a small, off white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of syrah, grape, pine, caramel, and light floral hops. Taste of citrus, dark fruits, pine, grass, and grapefruit.

Pours a clear purple/pinkish with slow fading thick head. Nose is some light pine resin hops, grape, and dark red fruits. Taste is interesting mix of IPA and a nice, slightly tart fruit finish. Tough to describe, but easy drinking on a hot summer day. Nice.

Very refeshing IPA for a hot summer day. Nice accent of grape flavors which in no way is over powering.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours a clear gold with a purple reddish hue and a small white head. Aroma is pine hop with grapes and raspberries. Taste is less of a hop bitterness than a traditional 60 minute but with an interesting grape and fruity essence that makes this easily drinnkable and enjoyable.

Bottle. Thanks Ryan. Transparent amber. Aroma of grapes, raspberry, cherry. Taste is much the same with a touch of hop bitterness and tartness. Tasty but certainly an odd take on an ipa.

A great, new, exciting taste that adds a small amount of Syrah grape tartness.

Poured into a Duvel tulip. Pours a deep rusty red color with a pinkish white head. Aroma is sweet supermarket red grapes with an undercurrent of bready/crystal malt. Flavor is sorta grapey, sorta melony, not even remotely hoppy, and overall pretty dumb.
