Pours a deep amber with a big and frothy white head. The aroma consists of a good amount of grape, along with caramel, pine, and some light citrus hops. It smells like a mild wine. The taste is odd, considering the heavy grape impressions. Outside of the grape, there is a lot of citrus notes. Grapefruit and lemon are strong, gathering in strength after sipping. Light pine in here. Its bitter and slightly sour. More light in body, with an oily texture. The oiliness lingers in your mouth. Easy bubbly carbonation, leaning towards flatness. The more you drink of this, the more you realize how different this one is. It gains a bit of a feeling of a wild ale actually. It takes a bit getting used to. It probably helps if you might enjoy wine. Iím enjoying this the more I drink.

Pours a distinct purple color with a purple-hued head. A nice hoppy IPA with notes of grape. Not bad.

Not bad on everything except for the flavor which kind of reminds me of refrigerator taste.

Light brown, clear, highly carbonated with frothy PINK head. Taste is musty dry, winey with floral hops at the finish. OK. Did I mention it has a PINK head. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Drank this one at a winery in Vero Beach FL. They had lots of wine and a few beers. No pint glasses though so... straight from the bottle rating. Aromas of floral hops and something musty. Tastes of bitter floral hops, some weak citrus, and bitter grape juice. Bitter, almost sour, finish. Easy to drink but not a favorite. Think of an IPA with hints of dark wine.

At the brewery: pours reddish with a pinkish frothy head. Aroma is citrus, malt, and hints of grape. Taste is not very bitter, somewhat sweet, kind of confused but not off balanced. I guess that is the DFH way.

Bottle, 355ml. A clear beer with a small white head that fades away quickly. Color is kind of orange and slightly pink. Aroma reminds me of grape juice and red apples. Itís not very intense. Taste is bittersweet with moderate carbonation and astringency. Aftertaste has a hint of grapes, but is not as sweet as I expected. Medium bodied with slightly stinging bitter end.

Bottle, 355ml. Clear peach with a minimal offwhite head. Musky aromas of grapes, spices, honey. Medium bodied with fizzy carbonation. Sweet with low to moderate bitterness. Dry and oily, with a stinging rooty bitterness. Fresh and experimental. Nice to try.

Clear rosy/amber pour with a fleeting pink head. Light fruity aroma. slightly vinous. The flavor is IPA highlighted by the hop bitterness on the front, with a wine-like finish with acids and tannin. Light effervescent.

Smells sweet and hoppy, has a nice dark reddish color to it. It's sort of watered down IPA with a tiny bit of hop and something sweet which I guess is the grape. It's sort of a tease to an actual IPA.
