Great purple color, nice foamy head. Unfortunately, the sweet aftertaste isn’t for me and left me slightly nauseous. Doesn’t really work that well, certainly not like the peach one.

Light aroma on this. Darker orange in color with light cloudiness. Lighter start and light finish too. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Aroma very unique smell hints of grape, citrus, floral, Appearance almost a pinkish color, clear, Taste was expecting more but got light bitterness, grapes Palate light body, medium body, average carbonation, Overall just wasn’t what I was expecting from the smell and color but still a good beer that I would suggest to a friend

Bonne idee mais il ne faut pas s’attendre a une verible ipa americaine. Cette biere est un hybride entre une biere et un vin rouge. Une curiosité... le continuious hopping n’apporte rien.

Pours a rather nice purple brown from a bottle. Aroma is grape and barnyard/hay, flavor is a dry grape, not Concord grapes or anything, definitely a wine grape, with a surprising bitter hoppiness that goes rather well. A shockingly different beer, but not a life-changer. Good beer.

Bottle at home while in Jacksonville. Pours a slightly pink amber with a white head. Lightly meaty fruit aroma... Medium body, medium carbonation. Lighty red berry jamminess next to some very light tannin stuff, grass... Its fine, a bit uneventful really.

Pinkish amber with a foamy white head. Caramel malty aroma with a touch of floral hops and wine. Flavor is a dry fruity malt with a nice, yet indistinct bitter finish. Light and very drinkable.

Rated on 3-05-2015 (Bottle) This beer’s appearance is a medium sized off-white head that mostly diminishes, transparent amber body, fizzy, fast rising carbonation, and spotty amounts of lacing. The aroma is citrus, floral hops, musty, fruity, lightly earthy, and grape. The flavor is very sweet, floral, citrus hops, fruity, some malt, and some grape. This beer’s mouthfeel is moderate carbonation and it is light bodied. Overall, this is not one of my favorite Dogfish Head beers by any means. The flavor is not my thing at all.

This bottled brew from a grocery store poured a large sized head of foamy finely sized off-white colored bubbles that were long lasting and left behind a very softly carbonated transparent light brown orange colored body and a good lacing. The mild aroma was mild fruit and mild spice. The mild citrus mouth feel was tingly at the start with a mediumly tingly finish with a mellow fruity aftertaste. The ok flavor contained notes of mild citrus mild spice mild hops and fruity. A decent one but not one that I would consider drinking again.

Reddish pour with little head. Some citrus and vino in the nose. Mild bitterness, with wine notes in the front. Not very notable finish - could be a little crisper/cleaner. It’s okay.
