pours deep red with fizzy, pink-tinted head and nice lacing. aroma is piney hops and tart fruits (grapes and raspberries). bright fruit flavors up front; the hop character of the 60 minute series is there, but the pine and grapefruit hop notes are subdued and definitely take a back seat to the fruit. some sweet malt flavors show up as well, and it ends with a sour fruit note. very intense carbonation - a bit too heavy-handed for my liking.

Aroma is quite musty, not very appealing actually. Not a fan of this. It has a smooth but funky finish presumably due to the grape must. Try it once, but that will likely be the last time. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Clear reddish pour with small offwhite head. Aroma is fresh with grapes and tropical fruit. Taste is again dominated by the grapes. It starts with some bitterness but mellows out. Odd but actually okay

Bottle. Moderate grain for the malt, flowers for the hops, light dough and musty for the yeast, with damp wood and a hint of vinegar. Head is average to large, fizzy, light pink with fair lacing and is mostly diminishing. Color is hazy reddish orange. Flavor starts faintly sweet and moderately acidic, then finishes lightly bitter. Palate is medium, creamy with a soft to lively carbonation. Nice tasting beer, everything fits in this Fruit Beer.

Sometimes I forget how good Dogfish Head can be. Aroma of fresh hops - pretty much straight-up 60 minute - but the flavor is totally changed with the addition of the syrah grapes. Delicious - hoppy and sweet. I love it.

Rödskimmring i kroppen. Rätt dov i både arom och smak. Del fruktig, sötma, malt.

A really nice pale ale with a hint of grape. Comes across dark and heavy but is quite complex and wonderful.

I'm not sure the grape musk does much for this beer. Appearance is dark brown, cloudy with a slight rose tint. Very light aroma with some musty dried fruit hints.Pleasant on the palate, with medium carbonation. Taste is okay but surprisingly little hop, but quite a pleasant grape sensation at the end. Refreshing, but nothing special ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

MB really loved this but it was a bit underwhelming to me. A hazy brownish red pour. Light fruity aroma. Fruity flavor; thin body. Just a bit of grape to it.

Pours hazy reddish-brown with a long-lasting rocky pink head. Aroma is of tart raspberry and citrus. Tastes initially fruity, but finishes bitter. Notes of grapefruit, and red wine. A very unique beer!

Red-orange/amber colour with a fading frothy dark white head. Red-cara malt and cherry as well as red grape notes with hints of dark fruits develop on the nose. Light lively; soft texture with a medium body. Flavours of fruity almond and raspberry sweetness develop within a juicy malt bed. Very faint fruit sourness and some floral hop notes at the back. Light winey astringent soft finish.
