Unclear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, overriped fruit, chocolate - cacao notes, light to moderate yeast, strange something - chili fruit maybe ! Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, overriped fruit - honey, herbs - vegetables - chili fruit. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110701]

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of hops and spices. The flavor is sweet and spice - lavender being in the mix, combined with light notes of caramel, leading to a dry and slightly bitter finish. The alcohol leaves a slight burn in the mouth. From bottle, blind #29. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is light spiced and vague malt aroma. Caramelish, slight oxidised and roasted. Bitter and cardboardish finish.

Bottled. Amber colour, small head. Aroma is toffee, as well as some sweet maltyness as well as mild chocolate and mild bitterness. Flavour is toffee, some honey, mild berries and some mild wooden notes. Also some mild chocolaty notes. Balanced, but actually quite thin palate for being 9 %.

Fruity aroma of caramel and spices with notes of rye rbead.
Sweet flavour of caramel and spices with notes of flowers and alcohol.
Spicy finish.

Hazy light amber color. The aroma is light, with some vegetables and cereals. It has a very ordinary flavor, with sweetish malt, light alcohol, and an impression of coffee grounds (dusty); it ends quite sweet. Very strange.
