THOUGHTS: I was hoping this was gonna be something that didn’t taste so gluten free, but this wasn’t much different than the other American attempts. Greens Endeavour from England was the only half way decent one I’ve tried. Not very craft beer like. More like a fruit flavored macro lager with that medicinal sorghum aftertaste. Some hops might have helped. Not an awful beverage, but not a good beer at all. It got even worse as it warmed.
TECHNICAL: Bottle. Poured a sparkling, very light, slightly pinkish, orange with a small, ever so slightly off-white head that mostly diminished and left barely any lacing. The aroma had a little honey, ever so slight medicinal sorghum and mostly light strawberry. The initial flavor was lightly sweet; while the finish was slightly sweet and lightly acidic with a short to average duration. There was strawberry, a little honey and then I guess that sorghum taste. The light to medium body was syrupy and watery and then a little dry with rather fizzy carbonation and a moderately astringent finish.

A light summery beer, thanks Randy. Stawberry is significant. Pink coloured, with light strawberry aroma.

12 ounce bottle that I unfortunately paid for at a bar because I figured it was a DFH brew how bad could it be, wow not much happening here except for sour bad taste, I know sorghum beers are typically low on flavor, condolences to all you gluten free beer drinkers, your selections are mighty limited. Gross would not drink again even if free

One of the worst beers coming from dogfish. A lot of sour fruit. Pretty thin tasting, but had some nice carbonation

~Strong wet sticky Strawberry aroma with plum and syrup. Very Sweet aroma, but pleasant.
~Pours a slightly hazy golden amber color with quickly disappearing bubbly white head.
~Strong honey flavor like a sweet mead with earthy musty notes and strawberry throughout.
~Medium light bodied with high CO2, which creates a strange but intriguing mouth feel. Kind of think, but very bubbly. Refreshing and dry leaving you wanting more. Quick berry finish.
~Enjoyable brew. If I had a gluten free diet I would be all about this, but since I’m not I probably won’t be buying this again unless I have a Gluten Free friend over.

5/8/2012. From bottle. Amber color with a white head. Fruity aromas with light malt. Flavors are somewhat off or strange. A bit flat. Sweet strawberries, but not one for the books.

I can’t believe the low ratings. This isn’t meant to be a super hop blasting brew it’s outstanding. Refreshing and just great. Sweet but not sugary. Fruity yet great beer. Love it.

Amber with a fan of white head. Aroma is grainy with honey strawberry and something I’m assuming sorghum. Taste is odd as well with honey , strawberry and a faint malt backer. lower carbonation with a dry, zippy finish.

A: Golden Straw/Mild Amber Hue, Passes Lots of Light, Mild White Head, No Lacing
S: Musty Black Grape, Strawberry, Wheat
T: Light Black Grape, Strawberry, Mild Sour Mash
M: Average Carbonation, Light to Medium Bodied, Lightly Sweet, Lightly Sour
Overall, for a gluten free beer, it is decent. It has kind of an odd mix of flavors and seemed to be very light.
