COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Tweason’ale is a beer we brewed on the cusp of summer. It is a gluten-free sorghum based beer brewed with fresh strawberries from our friends at Fifer Orchards near Dover, Delaware. For the sorghum, we sourced a dark, sweet, syrup with notes of molasses and pit-fruit. We also used a a dark buckwheat honey with a beautiful hay-like, earthy-malty thing that we felt added the final touch to this Tweason’ale recipe.

Pours a nice amber color with an off white head. Sort of strange aroma with a slightly sour flavor on the palate. Not great

Light pinkish yellow pour. White head. Aromas of strawberries and honey. Taste is sweet and crisp but light. Effervescent carbonation.

Awesome beer. An interesting hint of both strawberrys and honey in a flavorful and good blend of masterful brew.

Pours a fairly clear copper with some sediment and a thin white ring of head. Aroma is perfumy, sorghum(but not attacking like a lot of gluten free beers), mild fruity notes, and mild honey. Flavour is fruity, strawberries, sorghum, honey and moderately tart. Well rounded, smooth, refreshing and the girlfriend(celiac) approves! If only this was accessible here...

Pours a clear orangish auburn with a small white foamy head that dissipates quickly to nothing. Aroma of sweet honey, strawberry syrup and hay. Aroma makes you think this beer is going to be sickly sweet but the flavor is a natural strawberry, light sweet notes of honey with some dark dried fruit flavors from the sorghum and a light sourness to round it out...balance is really delicate and almost borders on being a bit watery but never cloying. Overall this is the best gluten free beer I’ve tried and borders on drinking like a light mead.

Sweet strawberry smell, taste is medicinal and artificial although it probably isn’t, bad, watery finish...love the brewery but not this beer :(

12 oz bottle poured into pint. Yeasty aroma. No head. Pours a light yellow gold. Very yeasty taste, but strawberries and slight sweetness come through.

Poured from 12 fl oz bottle. Clear, yellowy orange with minimal white head. Malt, honey, light herbal, and mild strawberry extract. Doesn’t really blend well. Wouldn’t bother with it again.

Clear Light Amber Color, Small White Head Gone In A Matter Of Seconds, Decent Strings Of Lacing. Faint Aroma Of Strawberries. Champaign Like, Way Over Carbonated, Hardly Resembles Beer. Sorghum, Faint Strawberries, Light Honey Sweetness Followed by Sour Finish. I’ve had one Sorghum beer before and it was absolutely the worst thing. This one is on the other side of the scale, it is quite Decent. Drinkable although it is not my cup of tea. One And Done. Pass It...

12 ounce bottle poured into a brandy snifter. Pours a clear copper with a white head of foam. The aroma has honey and old strawberries. The taste is musty strawberries. Sweet. Medium body and medium carbonation.
