4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
Very complex beer. Pours a deep red with thick off white head. Smells of dark fruit and grain. Tastes very complex. Lots of chocolate and cereal flavors, some light bitterness, dark fruit, raisins, pepper, some floral flavors, distinct sweetness. Very clean finish with sweet, slightly spicy aftertaste. This is one hell of a beer.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Another crazy beer from DFH. Iím not sure that the end result is worth the reaches that this company goes to make this particular beer, but it does end up being a very tasty beverage. Had on tap at Lansdale Beer Fest, and to be honest my day was getting a bit hazy at this point.
