COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
From Crawford Moran, Owner/Brewer, Dogwood Brewing: "We brewed the first ítrialí batch late one night to support the GWCB (Georgians for World Class Beer) fund raiser. Mark (Nelson) and Ted (Hull) are two guys that worked very hard to get the (GAís) 6% cap lifted. So we dubbed it Mark and Tedís Excellent Adventure." An experiment you may enjoy.

(Hand bottle 65 cl) Courtesy of CaptainCougar. Pours a fairly cloudy, orangey golden with a small, off-white head. Typical fat Barley Wine aroma of burned caramel and overripe fruit. Quite full in body, sweetish caramel notes and a touch of nuts, wood and vanilla. Quite a distinct alcohol presence in the finish. But lovely indeed. 280907

Slightly reddish-amber colour. Sugary, slightly fruity aroma with fresh tangerines and sultanas. Chewy, pale malt flavour is rounded and slightly oxidized, but fairly straightforward. Yeah, some fruits, lots of sweet pale malt stuff, and some late nasal-clearing alcohol but itís all been done before. Still too young, IMO.
