COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Dogwood Pale Ale is an English-style pale ale, well attenuated with fruity, estery overtones. A blending of three hop varieties in three separate additions provides a clean bitterness. Whole leaf Cascade hops are added directly into the fermentation tank called "dry-hopping" in order to achieve a floral aroma. It is naturally carbonated for a smooth finish.

Sweet/tart nose -- cider, nectarine, lemongrass. Appearance is hazy orange/tan, with light sandy head. Flavor is similar to the nose, with dry wood and grainy overtones. Reminded me of an altbier, actually. Quite good.

A American PA that dosn’t overdo the hops and has a pleasant fruity character from the yeast. Bottle conditioned with a loose yeast made it unnesisarily cloudy. Herbal hop nose is mild and pleasant and balances nicely with the strawberry and peach fruit from the yeast. Malt is subduded and not a major player. Well made and easy drinking. Nothing exceptional, but a good choice for when all you want is a beer.

I loved the aroma of this beer. Almost as flowery as its namesake. Nice hop balance. A great pint!

Good color, flavor and aroma for a pale ale. Smooth, medium bodied with a rich hop aroma. Great with some hot wings or something bbq’ed.

Good body and initial flavor, but lacking in aftertaste and carbonation.
