COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Dogwood Summer Brew is a Belgian-style white beer with 2-row barley, both malted and unmalted wheat, and a touch of oats. Dried orange peel and coriander are added for a unique, subtle complexity. The Belgian yeast provides a smooth roundness to the beer while giving off subtle hints of peach and apricot flavors. It is naturally carbonated it and unfiltered.

I don't care much for summer brews. I suppose this brew is refreshing, but that's what gatorade is for.

Another gusher from Dogwood. Pretty tasty but not great. The level of spicyness was just about right.

Cloudy yellow to orange colored white beer with a little head that died away instantly. Aromas of orange, lemon and citrus in there, some notes of coriander too. Medium bodied beer with a dry malty finish. Too low on carbonation and a watery finish.

This beer was not like a wit at all. More of a dry pale ale, with not much going for it.
