Bottle at papsoe tasting, with a pitch for a festival "sound of the forest" on the back side. clear yellow, small bubbly head. aroma of apple, bisquits. at this point i was aware this was not the best cider on earth, but i was totally unprepared for the dastardly bad flavor. flavor is apple, loads of off flavors, bitter rubbery, hard to describe nastinesses.

Bottled. An amber cider. The aroma has notes of apples. The flavor is sweet with notes of apples and a bit of vinegar, leading to a lightly tart finish. Boring.

Bottle 100 cl. Pours golden with a slight haze, no head. Tart, fresh apple aroma. Light body, low carbonation, very dry and tart apple notes, skewed biscuits - really an odd tang, tannins, heavy sulphurs and a very dry finish. Well, well... 170611
