Bottle. Pours a clear gold, medium head. Nose is a bit flat- taste is lightly hopped and quickly gone. Don’t think i like this as much as the Peters Kolsch, but still quite drinkable.

(Flasche) Es hat eine hellgelbe Farbe, ist blank filtriert mit weißer Schaumkrone. Das Aroma ist süßlich, leicht karamellig mit einer getreidigen Note. Im Geschmack ist es sehr schlank, minimal süß mit einer breiten, unangenehmen Bittere über der hinteren Zunge und Gaumen. Die Bittere bleibt nach dem Abgang kleben, die Karbonisierung passt so. Zusammengefasst; lieber ein anderes Bier trinken.

(bottle) pours a clear yellow colour with a frothy white head. aroma of straw, light bubble gum and sweet spices, quite metallic, with a hint of herbal hops. flavour is mostly the same, malty in an empty, strawy sort of way, with a hint of herbal hops and a light sweetness. light-bodied with average carbonation.

Draught @ Dom, Cologne. Pours clear golden with a small white head. A bit of metal and grain. A bit of hay. Bland and industrial like.

Bottle. Light golden, small and fully diminishing head. Light to moderate malty - faintly grainy and lightly sweetness aroma, and light grassy hoppyness. Body is light to medium, malty - faintly grainy and lightly sweetish flavor, faint fruitiness, light grassy hoppyness. Finish is short to average, malty and dryish, light grassy hoppyness. Dryish kölsch - bit too watery.

Had this beer some time ago, transferring data from database before Januar 2012 I was using to rate beer. As I drink this again I will add a complete review.

On draught at the brauhaus. This Kölsch is a clear yellow-gold color with a medium white head that diminishes steadily Rings of lacing on the glass. Bready malt, mild hops and fruit in the nose. Light body with flavors of sweet malt, herbal hops and fruit. The finish is malty with a lingering sweetness in the aftertaste. Pretty average overall.

Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and light fruity. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Dry and light bitter finish. 221111

Bottle. Clear dark yellow with medium white head. Aroma is malt and a little grass. Flavour is malt, medium sweet, grass, hops, grainy and a medium bitter.

Bottle. Nice head with medium duration. Color is pale golden. Aroma and taste are malt, grass and hops.
