Pours a rich, deep hazy golden with an Alka-Seltzer carbonation and a soda-like palate, though fuller and richer. Nose of funky apples, some cheese and Band-Aids. A bit of barnyard hay. Taste is sweet and closer to straight apple juice at first with some Band-Aids and hay and a slight lemony acidity coming in and out.

Bright golden pour with very little head. Nose of brett and apple - funky and a bit sweet. Taste is dusty and earthy with a lasting finish.

Thanks to bu11zeye for sharing this bottle. Pours a yellow color with a huge white head. There is a funky apple aroma and a sweet, funky apple flavor. A nice cider.

Bottle. Cork self-ejected. Hazed harvest golden pour with a large white head that disappears. Aroma of sulfur, phenols, green tart apple skins. Taste is medium to sweet, light sulfur, skins, a touch of overripe fruit, cognac. Very lively carbonation. Dry finish. A nice, sweet, and not too funky Normandy Cider.
