Bottleshared with Quevillon. The color is a clear bubbly yellow. The aroma is sweet. The taste is lite,sweet that of green apples. The aftertaste is a bit tart.

750 ml blue bottle bought at the Marché des Saveurs du Québec in Montreal, on July 11, 2010. Very clear blonde. Dried aroma of slightly sweet apples. Dry apple flavor, slightly tart with notes of aspirin, funny aftertaste. Not bad but it should be drank verry cold!
