750 ml bottle by LadySusan. Light gold, a bit sparkling. Light sweet and dry apple aroma, very floral. Very crisp dry apple taste, fairly tarte, nice fizzy sour aftertaste. Nice start to 2015!

pours hazy very pale yellow like its almost non carbonated counterpart, low and disappearing bubbly white cap. green apples, some perfumey pears, white grapes, hint of honey sweetness - less sweeter impression compared to its non sparkling declension, faint spices, bit of zest and pepper. average carbonation - tad prickly at first, light body, sparkling and semi-sweet finish. not necessarily an improved version of verger sud.

Bottle sampled in Montreal with Linh, Minh and Angela. Pours a light golden body. Aroma is sweet apple, additional sugary fruits, honey and a light floral character. Mouthfeel is light and refreshing with notes of sweet apples, honey, sugar, hibiscus and bright citrus.
