pours hazy very pale yellow like an unoaked torrontes, shy legs for its abv. almost perfumey granny smith, white grapes, hint of honey sweetness, few spices - ginger perhaps, slightly zesty. very light carbonation, light body, semi-sweet finish. interesting offering.

750ml bottle from Marché des Saveurs Du Québec in Montreal, Quebec. Clear pale yellow in colour with no head, no carbonation. The aroma has quite a bit of alcohol in it as expected seeing this is 13%, honey sweetness and noticable apple with a hint of spice. The flavour is rather warm, the alcohol makes no attempt to hide in this, lots of sweet apples, honey. A bit thin in the mouth but then there is that alcohol burn in the finish. This is as close to a white wine as I had ever had in a cider, pretty alcoholic as well. I prefer my ice ciders.

Bottle sampled in Montreal with Linh, Minh and Angela. Pours a light golden body with light bubbles. Aroma is bright apple slices, champagne and sugar. Mouthfeel is light and easy with notes of apple, sugar, light honey and vague spice. Nice and crisp.

Bottle. Bright yellow-gold pour. The aroma is quite nice. Bright, tart apple nose with a lot of malic acidity. A prominent fruitiness but also a strange cheesy funk as well. The flavour is very weird... loads of fusels and acetone-like fruitiness. Lingering sweetness and a touch of peppery booziness. It has a lot of acidity but it still seems very sweet. I quite enjoy the aroma, but the flavour is pretty damn brutal.

Bottle shared my JoeMcPhee. Very yellow, urine colored pour. No head. Aroma is strong, fusel, strong apple and little else. With breathing this becomes less chemically and a bit more appealing. The chemicals are still really strong in the mouth, though, rather tough to drink and off putting. Very fusel and strong, quite rough.

750ml.bottle shared with Quevillon. The color is gold with some sparkle. The taste is of very swet apples. It has a light taste wich is good for me not being a big cider fan. I would happely have it again

750ml blue bottle: Poured a light yellow cider with a lightly sweet notes and lightly funky ester. Very well balance and similar to a subtly sweet white wine. I prefer sparking cider with more character but still very good with dinner.
