Cloudy deep gold. Exotic meringue-like cover. They can’t be blamed for their looks those Dombraus. Well done fresh yeast emanations propose clove, nutmeg, dirty leaves.. All culminating into an interesting sweetness at low levels. It’s all about the yeast this one, though the wheat offers a nice crisp support. Ultimately, not that refreshing though, slightly juicy, but leaving an unripe banana feel with a certain astringency.

Draught at the brewpub. -cloudy dark honey coloured, lasting medium white head, nice fruity aroma with lemon, banana and slight apricot flavor, slight fruity acidic and bitter finish

Aroma is very fruity and medium sweet. Quite hazy, yellow color, medium big, frothy head. Velvety, light citrus flavor (oranges), spicy, light clovy. Very light bitter finish. Quite nice.

Typical of the German style, this is a full, cloudy, yellowy brew with the usual bubblegum and banana flavours and a fairly bitter aftertaste with full-on bubblegum. Not my choice of beer but well brewed. (Draught at Dombräu, Graz)
