Malzig herbes, im Mittelteil angenehm süßes Bier. Mit der Zeit malziger werdend, wenig muffig. Geringer Hopfen, darin eine starke Bitterkeit. 11/10/9/10//10

Draught at the brauhaus
Muddy amber color; generous compact head. The malt and hop aroma is wonderful, crispy, biscuity, with a lot of noble hops. The body is less strong than expected, and there is too much carbonation to impact the mouthfeel; some cereals and malt flavor, but too dry, also because of a strong yeast presence and an almost excessive bitterness; actually it’s served too cold, so after dispersing some carbonation and warming it, a better caramel flavor appears, also shielding somehow the yeast and bitterness. Quite good.

Bottle @ Papsø. Pours a clear orange golden color with a small longlasting off-white head. Has a fruity grainy malty aroma with some hints of caramel. Sweetish malty grainy flavor with some hoppy hints. Has a sweetish malty grainy finish.

Bottle 500ml. w. swing top.

Light unclear medium orange color with a large, frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, caramel, fruity, light hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20101024]

Bottle at Papsø’s -- Thanks. Served at 4’C -> too cold. Clear amber - white head. Soapy, fruity notes, peppery, amber malts, light caramel, nutty, medium malty, light hoppy. Plain.

Bottle at Papsø. Cloudy orange coloured with a huge off-white head. Malty aroma of caramel with notes of hay. Malty flavour of caramel with notes of hops. Hoppy finish.

Bottled. An amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of straw, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt , caramel, and alcohol, leading to a dry finish.
