COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Dominion Ale is brewed in an English style with American Two-Row Pale, Caramel, and Black malts. We use Perle, Willamette, and Mount Hood hops from the Pacific Northwest and English Kent Golding Hops. We ferment our ale with a traditional American yeast in the German Kolsch style - warm, fast fermentation followed by a slow maturation. Dominion Ale is malty with an assertive hop character dominated by the Kent Golding. It is crystal clear amber colored with medium body. Widely available in bottles and on draft, often as a house brand name.

A: The beer pours a dark amber color with a finger of creamy, tan head. S: Smells slightly meaty, which is a bit off-putting. Under that, there’s toasted bread and toffee. A hint of brown sugar and some floral and grassy hops. T: A bit better on the palate. Brown sugar, toffee, and toasted bread makes up the bulk of the flavor. A light fruitiness, particularly orange peel. Very light metal notes on the back end. M: Medium in body with medium carbonation. O: Not awful, but too many things wrong with this beer.

kinda boring. clear dull amber pour with minimal head. malty biscuit and toast. sweet nose and semi-bitter ’old english hops’ finish. Not a big fan, but I think it’s probably the style.

From bottle. Smells rather malty. Darker than pale lager in an orangy way. Smoother creamy initial impressions. Refreshing somewhat enjoyable beer. Easy going at first but then the malty bitterness begins to set in. Bold enjoyable stinging fine co2. Slippery fun goes down nicely. Makes me think of that great divide beer. Hides what alky it it has, rather well.

Reviewed from notes. Pours a sligtly hazed golden color with a white head. Nose is lift toffee and some citrus and floral hops. A bit of diacetyl but not too much and it fits in somewhat well. Taste is a bit sweet and a bit bitter. Pretty good balance. Feel is a bit thin but has good carbonation levels and a nice finish. Drinks well and is fairly sessionable. Pours amber with a thin white head; bubbles run the glass bottom to top.A balanced beer between hops and malts.I could drink this beer year round not to light and not to heavy.Over all good but not great worth a try.

Brown amber color, head dissipates quickly. Nice roasty caramel malt aroma. This brew has a slight sourness and has mild bitterness but finishes clean without much of an aftertaste. Not bad, it has some nice characteristics.

Red-orange, off white foam. Aroma is very toffee rich, sticky, caramel, some apple. Taste is sweet, light metal, some caramel but kinda bleh.
