Hazy gold beer, little white head. Light palate, a little crisp. Smooth malt, just a trace of cream. Nice medium hops - orange and generic citrus. Finishes smooth with a very mild bitter linger. Really hits the spot. Great lager.

Appearance: clear straw yellow, with a short, fizzy bright white head. Aroma: lightly floral, with toasted white bread, lemon zest, fresh-cut grass. Taste: as the aroma indicates. Finish: crackery, slightly salty, with a bit of grass and white pepper. Notes: Loved the finish on this pils; it was probably the best part of it. Overall, very decent on a hot summer’s day. On tap at McGillins this past weekend. Light golden straw color with a smallish bone white head. Sweet malty bready aroma with a hint of spicy hops. Light bready honey like sweet malty taste with a hint of tartness to it. Decent pilsner but not nearly as refined or as cleanly fermented as some classic examples.

On tap at Joe Canals West Deptford.
Appearance: Clear golden body with a creamy white head.
Aroma: The aroma has sweet malts and hints of citrus, it’s very tame.
Taste: Light malts provide a subtle sweetness with floral hints, though I pick up a tea-like presence.
Palate: Light to medium bodied with moderate carbonation.
Overall: This is a crisp beer that is nice for the summer, but I find nothing about it attractive other than the mouthfeel and appearance.

Bottle from Beers of Europe, Kings Lynn. Pours clear gold with thick, creamy white head. Grassy, fruity and floral hop aroma. A little sweet, and a slightly oily texture. Light/medium body and low carbonation. Quite nice overall.

Wife poured a bottle so I grabbed a few sips. Golden color with white head. Aroma is light sweet malt and some citrus hop notes. Taste is much the same, more taste then a macro though. Light body, heavy carbonation, crisp, easy drinking with a dry finish. Decent average pils.

12oz bottle pours a clear straw gold with some rocky, white head and tons of visible carbonation. Nose is fairly standard, lightly floral, lemon peel, hay. Flavor is the same, light malt, some lemon, flower petals, some grass. Light, crisp finish. Solid pils from a brewery that can be hit or miss.

12 Fl. Oz. Bottle from Dover Liquor Depot "Craft Beer Fest." Tasting. Pours clear golden with a nice white head. Aroma of yeast / grain, some malts, and some hops. Taste is very grainy, some sweetness from malts, also some honey in there. Medium body but refreshing and quite drinkable.
