Bottle from Capone’s. Pours deep orangey copper with minimal off-white head. Nose is caramel malt, mild hopcitrus, mild cherries. Tastes caramel malty, with some cherry flavor and tartness, and a semi-sweet and rounded finish, with nites of cherry, orange marmalade, and spare caramel malt.

Poured from a small bottle into a small glass to sample at a beer tasting. The beer had a barley malt aroma with light fruity notes of cherry and apricot, and some barley and malt, with touches of floral, wheat, and grain notes. It had a rusty orange, clear color with a good-sized foamy white head with short retention, low cling, and good lacing. The beer had a semi-sweet blend of fruity and floral flavors with some straw and barley, and was mildly sour and a touch bitter. It was a touch dry with a clingy mouthfeel, and had low carbonation and life, and was on the thin side. Thanks for sharing, Corey.

Draft at Moriartys. Clear amber pour with a hint of pink. Small white head. Shortbread. Straw. No hops presence. Subtle cherry flavors - probably a bit too faint. Not much more there to sell it though. Feels like a flavored water.

Slightly hazy golden coloured body with the faintest hint of pink and a very thin just off-white head. Aroma of pale malt, cardboard, funk and perhaps a small amount of fruit-based sugars. Light to Medium-bodied; Pale malt flavour with a bit of cardboard, caster sugar and the lightest bit of cherry flavour imaginable. Aftertaste relatively bland as well with some pale malt and odd sugars coming through and not much else. Overall, not such a great beer - as expected, lacking in pretty much everything, but complexity is first and foremost. I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased from Giant in Arlington, Virginia on the same day, 01-April-2013 and given to me by a hockey teammate.

Shitty hay nose. Clear amber, medium head. Pervasive shitty hay flavor with lesser HFCS notes. Little cherry orblossom character.

12 Fl. Oz. Bottle. Poured a clear amber with some reddish hues, little white head and hardly any lacing. Aroma is faint cherries and some grains. Taste is also quite grainy some sweetness from malts and a slight cherry flavor, balanced, refreshing and drinkable. Nice offering from the local brewery...

Very drinkable but nothing noteworthy. Not hoppy. Typical fruit beer. Nice color but I didn’t pick up the cherry too much.

From a bottle. Red amber color. Foamy frothy head. Smooth taste, hints of malts and cherries. Metallic dry smell. Light body.
