Hop lovers, this is the beer for you. Four different styles of American hops are artfully staggered against a sturdy malt backbone to create a unique, drinkable and balanced Pale Ale.

Bottle, this pale ale had a hazy red and burnt orange pour with light brown / honey colors at the sides of the glass, the pour made a one to two finger off-white to light tan head that eventually receded to a thin cover, the glass was filled with carbonation, this brew left lots of spots and rings of lacing on the glass, there were aromas of citrus and orange fruit hops, caramel, toasted malt, and faint berry, the flavors were toasted malt, citrus and grass hop bitterness, caramel, there was some hop bitterness after the finish, the mouth feel was less than medium and felt very creamy on the palate, a tasty pale ale with a nice mouth feel. -- rated via Intergalatic Planetary iPhone

Malt aroma and dark brown pour leads to a balanced taste and slightly warming mouthfeel. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours very hazy almost brown with thick head from bottle. Aroma is slightly sweet with some citrus and pine hops. Taste is mild with some biscuity notes and just a slight bitter.

Unclean off metallic flavors. Where are the hops?! Weak effort for something called Hop Mountain.

(bottle). A nice looking easy amber complexion with white head. Minimally scented with hops. Hops are center stage to overall balanced flavor. A very good American-style pale ale. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Cask pour. Really had my hopes high for this one, but it fell short. Pours a tootsie-roll brown with no head. Really dark for an American pale. Aroma is beautiful! Juicy orange peel, grapefruit, hoppy, bitter, literally cutting the air. Flavor falls completely short though. Mild hop at best, orange, but malty. Lighter body, no lacing. Let down

Pours a cloudy deep gold with pulp. Intense cream colored head of two inches, dissipating with soapy lacing. Aroma of hops and uncooked dough.  Tastes hoppy with complex range of hop notes: fruit, pine and grass. Fruity Hops are particularly notes of apricot and blueberry.  Little aftertaste, but a kind of soapy bitterness.  Overall a tasty and interesting beer, the only drawback being the soapy aftertaste.

Awesomely drinkable yet hoppy pale ale. Great for any time. Not overly holly or lacking malt, a very well rounded, delicious pale ale

Aroma is of pine, citrus, and a little bit floral. Poured a hazy amber orange color with a small white head. Taste is a lot of piney hops up front and then it mellows out a bit with some sweetness but then bitterness takes over at the end. Light bodied and a bit watery. Pretty refreshing.

Poured from a firkin and server at nearly room temperature at the R2Hop2 beer and music festival. This beer has a tremendous hop nose with piney and citrusy undertones. The beer is a dark amber in color. Being a hophead, this is a fantastic tasting beer, and would be very sessionable. highly recommend trying this when served from a firkin if the opportunity ever arises.
