COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Dominion Lager is brewed using four types of malted barley: Two-Row Pale Brewer’s malt, Munich, Carapils, and Caramel. The bittering hops are Perle and Hallertau from the Yakima Valley in Washington State. The aromatic hops are domestic Tettnang, German Hallertau Hersbrucker, and Czech Saaz. This combination of malt and hops, along with a classic lager yeast from Germany, and the long, low-temperature lagering process results in a mild, smooth, flavorful, complex beer that is a delight to drink.

Yellowish color, white head that faded pretty quickly. Aromas of noble hops and woody malt. Really crisp flavors, mostly bready malts and grassy hops. Clean finish. Excellent Helles lager. Would make for a really good session beer.

Golden with a rather thin head. Aroma from toffee, grass and wheat. Flavor brings toffee, some floral notes, some syrup. RRather sweet finish.

A yellow beer with a small head. The aroma is of malt, esters, caramel, and peach. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel and hops with a dry end. The mouthfeel is sticky.

Yellow, white head. Malty, bready aroma with notes of citrus and vanilla. Flavor is malty as well, with notes of toffee and wheat. A pleasant lager.

Bottled: Golden coloured. White lasting head. Bread, hops and grains in the aroma. Flaovour is malty and smooth. Has some spicyness and bitterness in the end. Quite pleasant and refreshing, but nothing I would run for.

Sweet grain-hay-grass aroma. Little hops. Amber clear with white head. Medium body with light medium carbonatin. Rather sweet grainy-grassy start. Medim acidity through finish, fruity. After is sweet fruity. OK lager, but nothing spectacular.

I’m going into this with low expectations so up is the only way to go. Pours nice, clear light gold with a big head that settles to about 1/2". Aroma is yeasty, bisciuts and lager-like. Taste is thin with a mellow maltiness and smooth. Mild hop bitterness in the finish and crisp. Overall, I’m impressed by this one.

Small white head, good retention and lace, the lace hanging on the glass effortlessly. Classic, clear, deep gold hue. Bready, spicey, grassy hop nose, clean. Medium bodied brew, good mouthfeel. Clean malt flavors, hints of honey, apples and doughyness with a nice hop spiceyness. Finish is dry, crisp. A quality Lager.
