Commercial Description:
We have just solved a brewery mystery (and it is delicious). We wondered what would happen if we put 2004 Dominion Millennium in oak barrels that had bourbon in them for five years. Three months later we had Oak Barrel Millennium. Something special, we think. Ruby-red color with a wide range of complex flavors. Malt and sherry predominate.

A hazy dark amber beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma is sweet with lots of overripe fruits, as well as light notes of alcohol, caramel, and lemon. The flavor is sweet malty with strong notes of alcohol and overripe fruits, leading to an end with notes of citrus combined with a bitternes, and a alcohol burn lingering on the tongue.

(Bottle 35,5 cl) Courtesy of CaptainCougar. Pours a hazy amber golden with a small, white head. Distinct aroma of oak and bourbon. Medium body - surprisingly considering its strength - extremely dry with a distinctly alcoholic whisky note. Really, really dry as a bone - I woul’ve liked a little more sweetness here. 230807

12 fl oz bottle. Pours clear and golden with a lacing light orange head. Sweet peach fruity and malt sweet aroma. Flavour is sweet at first. Reveals a slight woody note and a mild alcohol note. Has a nice vanilla smoothness. Ends mild and with a soft alcohol warmth.
