Nov 29, 2006 A hazy dark amber beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma is sweet with lots of overripe fruits, as well as light notes of alcohol, caramel, and lemon. The flavor is sweet malty with strong notes of alcohol and overripe fruits, leading to an end with notes of citrus combined with a bitternes, and a alcohol burn lingering on the tongue.

Medium body - surprisingly considering its strength - extremely dry with a distinctly alcoholic whisky note. Really, really dry as a bone - I woul’ve liked a little more sweetness here. 230807

Nov 18, 2007 12 fl oz bottle. Pours clear and golden with a lacing light orange head. Sweet peach fruity and malt sweet aroma. Flavour is sweet at first. Reveals a slight woody note and a mild alcohol note. Has a nice vanilla smoothness. Ends mild and with a soft alcohol warmth.

opaque orange, thin beige head, sweet winey aroma with light earthy hops and lots of vanilla, very creamy oaky body, nice fruity malt flavor with light vanilla character, good sweetness, the oak and the vanilla and the creamy body just keeps getting better and better as it warms, wonderfull
