At the Dominion Taproom at Dulles airport 9/12/2012. Deep amber with a slight white head that left rings down the glass. Light, sweetish aroma of caramel, with a hint of hedgerow fruit and leafy hops. Flavour had cereals, more caramel and a moderately bitter finish. Easy drinking.

Caramel red, beige cover and sheety lacing. Aroma is very bready, sweet, hard candy, butterscotch. Taste is more metallic, some butterscotch, a nondescript bitter, pretty meh.

Orange color. watery body. Boring except for the nice hop bitterness. It is a Hop Tea, not a Beer.

From a 12 oz. botltle. Pours a dark amber color. Light head. Aroma is sweet, almost reminds me of butter toffee. Taste is really malty, overpoweringly so. Tastes like butter. i think I may have gotten a bad bottle. This wasn’t good.

Overall Impression:
A little surprised when I noticed I hadn’t rated this one. Dominion makes a pretty solid pale ale. I’ve had it out of the bottle a good number of times, do not recall ever consuming on tap, but I may have. Solid, well balanced, and easily drinkable brew.
