COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This rich, red ale is made in the American Pale Ale style. It has a strong hop character, medium body, dry finish, and floral hop aroma. We use pale Two-Row Brewer’s malt, Caramel 80 and 40 Lovibond malt, and Munich malt. For bittering and aroma Willamette, Cascade, and Tettnang hops are used in the kettle and as dry hopping in the fermenter.

Bottled: Amber coloured. Dark beige head. Aroma is floral and malty. Flavour is flowery, hoppy, malty and sweet. Has some fruity notes. Is light malty with a touch of bitterness in the end. I like this one.

This pale ale rocks. A lovely amber hue. The aroma is of roasted malt. The flavor is malty, nutty and especially hoppy. The hops definitely win out overall (hopheads take note). The finish is fizzy, crisp, clean and dry. Just bitter enough to satisfy a hophead on an off day. A great Summer beer for the rest of us.

Nice foamy pour. Cloudy yellow qppearance. Hop aroma is citrus. Begins malty, then Bitter grapefruit taste kicks in. Other fruit lurking in background. Hard carbonation. Fresh and drinkable. Refreshes. Lace remains in glass. Thanks for sharing, Radek.

On tap in Reagan Airport. Amber coloured beer. Aroma is lightly malty. A bit of herbal/toasty sweetness. Fairly generic though with not a whole lot of character. Low bitterness, kind of herbal. Meh.

12 oz. bottle from a sampler, bottle 073108. Clear brown pour with not much head. Cascade hop aroma is strong with some vegetal notes. Very leafy hop taste with a grainy malt background. Medium bodied. Nice beer.

The Lure:
Well-trained caramel and butterscotch malts lift the resinous, grapefruit hops high above their bulging arms. Screams "Come and get me".

The Festivities:
Resinous, wooden hop bitterness proliferate on the full caramel/butterscotch soil. Oranges fall to the sweetness and marry both allegiances.

Transcendence:
A boiling mind taking a break.

Draft. Pours copper with nose of hopcitrus, lemongrassy, caramel malt, with a medium palate and flavor of pretty heavy hops, a bit of fruit, and a solid malt bill. Very good, very hoppy, very crisp, and very assertive. Well done.

Very impressive looking copper with white head beer. I also was shocked with incredible fresh, complex aroma. Other brew masters watch and learn! What else do you want? This very aromatic brew also got nice mouthfeel. With time also gives you soft warm feel. Great Brew!

Pours a light amber. Kind of watery. Very little head. Not as hoppy as I was expecting.
