Pours an orange golden color with a small lacy head. Notes of banana, brown sugar, milk chocolate, and orange citrus. Semi sweet mouthfeel and medium length finish.

Cloudy golden with a white head. Nice spicy citurus aroma. The flavor is nice, not nearly as funky as some but very flavorful and well put together. Very quaffable. I really wish I had not forgotten my growler.

On tap at Dominion. Pours slightly cloudy golden with a white head. Nice fruity, estery nose with spiciness and banana. Flavor has notes of sweet pale malt, noble hops, banana and herbal fruityness. Some peppery, spicy hops show up in the finish. Has that proper, effervescent/spritzy carbonation and a medium body. Overall, enjoyable and well-made.

Draught. Medium white head, very hazy, and yellow appearance. Aroma is yeasty, with some fruit aroma. Flavor is quite multidimensional, fruit and alcohol, with candy sugar and some hops.

Growler... Hazy, golden ale with a mid-sized, creamy, white head. Good retention. The nose is fruity and spicy with esters of pear, apple, peach and must along with clove phenols. The fruity flavor is tangy and citric; sweet and spicy. Medium-bodied with a milky mouthfeel and modest carbonation. Sweet, then moderately tart finish. Thanks to growler for sharing his... umm... growler!

Looks like I’m the first. I had this at the brewpub today (Oct 3, 2006) -- waiter said it was just available starting today. Nice golden color, very cloudy, dense but short-lived head. Very complex, lots of different flavors -- fruit and citrus, maybe a hint of corriander. Wonderful stuff.
