I thoroughly enjoyed this, it was my second brew from dominion and was pretty good. 12 oz bottle, pours golden, opaque, med white head. Clean crisp sweet taste with strong orange finish.

Bottle & Draught. This beer tastes just about the same out of the bottle as it does on draught. Pours beatifully golden with aslight head. Lots of tiny bubbles. Aroma is pleasant with citrus hints. Taste is authentically Beligian with the "hints of chamomile & orange" apparent. Had a surprisingly alcoholic flavor, but didn’t distract from this well rounded Blonde Ale. The bottle artwork was awesome as well. Many of my non-beer drinking friends loved this. I hope to see this again next spring.

from bottle at the Hop City grand opening party in Atlanta on 4/2/09... pours a deep golden with average white head... Belgian yeast / spice aromas... medium body... some citrus notes over the palate with a good amount of carbonation. not a bad Belgian style ale...

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 scraff (2120) - Baltimore, Maryland, USA - FEB 4, 2008
Clear burnished gold, thin creamy white head. Aromas held nice notes of pale biscuity malt and honeyed orange peel that flowed over soft notes of dried herbals and hints of pepper. Spiced dried citrus and honey herbal flavors balance and round with a peppery hop finish. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, crisp, lightly bittersweet finish. Well made and perfect for the coming warm days of spring and summer. Almost passes for a lighter tripel...

Thanks to Maniac, Hazy gold with an aroma of sweet pear/banana aroma. Flavor is very fruity.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a hazy gold with a small, foamy, white head. Yeast, spice, citrus, honey, and a bit of off vegetative notes in the nose. Medium-high carbonation with a medium-light mouthfeel. Spicy with tastes of orange, honey, perfume, a bit of grass, and yeast. It is dry on the palate as well. I would call it a medium bodied beer. Short finish with some lingering malt sweetness. Very surprised to see it is 7.8%. It hides it’s alcohol very well. A lighter spring quaff with layers of flavor.
3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 jgb9348 (3495) - Arlington (Pentagon City), Virginia, USA - MAR 16, 2008
Crystal clear coloured body with some orange tints and a light amber appearance. Almost no head at all doesn’t settle well with me. First, the full-coloured label doesn’t look good - perhaps a bit of the macro is kicking in Ashburn. Decent aroma of fresh yeast, malt, coriander seed and plenty of apricots and sugar. Full-bodied; Very chewy yeastie flavour with some curacao and a lot of coriander seed flavour. Aftertaste shows alcohol, yeast, wheat and a bit of sugars - still with some more alcohol. Overall, a super strong (very unexpected) beer with plenty of good complex flavours, but not much like their other spring beers of years past. Still, a good beer in a decent bottle with the future hopefully in good hands. I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased from Total Wine in McLean, Virginia on 16 March 2008 with a Bottle on Date: 28.Jan.2008.

This brew had a really light refreshing taste. Light golden color and a little kick in the end.
I enjoyed a lot and look forward to trying more from this brewer
