Cask; Special.
Aged in Cognac casks, gold in colour, Bramling Cross hops all Pale Malt.
Note: There two versions of Yukon. This one, Version 2, is aged in cognac casks. Please be careful to ascertain which version you had and do NOT place ratings for Version 1 here - add it as a new entry.

Clear medium orange color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, riped fruit, light to moderate hoppy, alcohol. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, riped fruit, sweet warm fruit, alcohol, sharp hops. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat, finish feel is moderate alcoholic. [20121205]
