1.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20 Ungstrup (23967) - Oamaru, NEW ZEALAND - MAY 17, 2004
An orange beer with a very small disappearing head. The aroma is sour and malty with notes of oranges. The flavor is malty with notes of oranges - a boring flavor in a boring beer.
2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20 Papsoe (22983) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JUL 23, 2005
(Bottle 33 cl) Fully golden with a small, creamy head - actually it’s a pity that it’s recommended to drink this from the bottle - it’s a good looking brew. Slightly sweet, malty nose. Sweet, malty flavours and practically no bitterness. Contains "unmalted grains" which I believe is just a sophisticated term for corn. 230705
1.4 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 2/20 MiP (11783) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - MAY 10, 2006
Bottle 15 months past BB date. Bready, oxidized aroma. Golden colour, small tight white head. OK mouthfeel. The flavour is cardboardy and oxidixed. Does not keep, I guess.
1.5 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 5/20 bierkoning (8109) - La Tropica, NETHERLANDS - MAY 13, 2002
No aroma detected. A neutral, sweetish taste with some orange in the finish. It is beer, but it doesn’t taste like beer.
1.1 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 4/20 imdownthepub (7491) - Banbury, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - AUG 4, 2010
Bottled, pasteurised, 330 ml from Camping Flevostrand Supermarket. Pale straw, white head. Thin, grainy, corny beer drunk whilst erecting the awning on a hot day. Not pleasant but had the benefit of being cold.
1.6 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 6/20 MoritzF (7402) - Bochum, GERMANY - JUL 15, 2005
(bottle) Clear golden colour with a small creamy white head. “Aroma” of malts. Malty taste with cardboard background and a weak finish with traces of hops. A no-go brew.
1.4 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 4/20 JorisPPattyn (6730) - Antwerpen, BELGIUM - SEP 2, 2004
Old gold, nearly coppery; heavily carbonated to fluffy white head. Utterly malty nose, vaguely herbal. Outspoken (wet) malt. A tenth of a second I thought I was going to detect hops. And then there was just one limpid ocean of boring, utterly booooooring malt. Fully watery, flat water texture. One word sums it up: ridiculous . And then it made me burp, to add insult to injury.
2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20 Hildigöltur (5107) - København, DENMARK - APR 25, 2004
Golden coloured. Refreshing and smooth. Not very complex, but a nice thirst quencher.

2.2 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20 jbrus (4990) - Delft, NETHERLANDS - APR 25, 2002
Don’t judge a beer by it’s cover they say but I hate these beers for the disco consumers. So I had some problems being objective. Than the next knock-out: the flavors in this beer are best at 3 degrees Celsius! What flavors can there possible be at that temperature! So I drank it at about 8 degrees which is much lower than my normal tasting temperature. And guess what? It had some flavors! No aroma however. It had a golden color, white frothy head, good lacing. Nothing wrong with the appearance. The flavors like what you’d expect from a lager: malty, bit sweet, but a little softer and where are the hops? Not bad if you’re a thirsty raving lunatic probably!
