1.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20 DanielBrown (3164) - Birmingham (via Leicester), West Midlands, ENGLAND - JAN 6, 2004
Draught at various pubs in Holland, including Cambrinus, in Rotterdam. Rather disappointing beer - unremarkable. Weak colouring, quite fizzy, no real aroma. Tasted a bit watery, and sweaty, without any notable dryness or hoppiness, to provide respite. Certainly one of the weaker Dutch pilseners.
2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 William (202) - Utrecht, NETHERLANDS - DEC 13, 2003
Not a very good Dutch pilsener. Lacks a distinct taste, does not leave a good aftertaste.
3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20 lasonovich (151) - AUSTRALIA - OCT 17, 2003
A fair bit tastier than heineken, good pilsner flavour and quite easy drinking. Leaves a kind of sweet/sour flavour on the tongue. All up pretty good.
3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 Libeerian (209) - Garner, North Carolina, USA - SEP 2, 2003
A decent pilsner with good hop character in the aroma, flavor and finish. Good malt balance in the flavor as well.

Pretty average beer... nothing special to it... enjoy it in the pubs if that's what they serve, but don't go somewhere just for it...
2.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 LINKBREW (101) - Santee, California, USA - JUL 12, 2003
Crystal clear "regular" beer. Little aroma, good malty body, and some lingering bitterness. Don't go out of your way for it.
3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 16/20 MartijnVV (33) - NETHERLANDS - DEC 28, 2002
UPDATED: JAN 28, 2003 Good for in the summer, it is real refreshing. For a commercial mass-beer it is pretty good, but you can't call it special
1.9 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20 Bronstein (175) - Göttingen, GERMANY - NOV 17, 2002
No good malt no good hops and a pretty flat profile. A beer for people who want just the alcohol. Medium body due to cereals among the ingredients.
2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 caesar (3930) - Bunnik/Utrecht, NETHERLANDS - OCT 4, 2002
Average pilsener, easy to drink. Soft taste, not as bitter as some other pilseners.
3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 maupie (923) - Roosendaal, NETHERLANDS - SEP 19, 2002
UPDATED: JAN 17, 2005 This beer has a gold/yellow body - hue apperance and a coarse white scum collar. I have drunk the beer from the bottle and it had a medium carbonic acid. The initial flavor taste is bitter.
