Mar 4, 2005 Still to be found - but rare... Already 12 yrs old Pale amber, totally clear; nearly no head. Typical hay nose, cookies & biscuit, nut, whisky malt. Dry biscuit taste, parsley, oxidation, grassy and sherry flavours. Very light bodied, slickness, typical for an aged beer. This won’t be everybody’s favourite anymore - hooked on the oxydised taste I rather like it.
