COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bottle. Cloudy dark golden, thick head. Pine, grapefruit, pineapple notes. Slight sweetness. Hoppy finish but not overwhelmingly so. Clean, refreshing, great summer IPA

A really interesting Indian Pale Ale. It has strong and amazing smell to hops, very fruity and intense. Flavors of tropical fruits and citrics. Not much sourness to be an IPA but really tasty and fresh.

33cl bottle from a beer fair in Mediona. It pours a hazy light amber liquid with a gigantic white spongy head that beautifully llasts throughout the beer and leaves a nice lacing. It has some yeast spots floating; so good. The aroma is very fruity, typically hoppy: mostly grapefruit, with some mild hints of herbs, pineapple and yeast. It tastes likewise, but loses intensity and feels a little watered down. It is a little sweet and sour, and not too bitter for an IPA. Very softly carboanted, it feels light-medium bodied and ends dry, with an herbal aftertaste with hints of grapefruit. Nice presentation (though it lacks a customized crown cap) for an IPA that needs a better mouth.

Bottle. Hazy golden, off-white stable lace. Big perfumed american hop aroma, resiny citric. Medium to light body, sufficient chewiness, dry sparkly moutfeel. Minerally citric base flavour, hop resin, grass, apricots. Big fresh hoppy american style IPA with a very good balance.
