Pours a hazy amber color with medium tan head. Nose is hops, reminds me weed. Aromas are herbal and fruity hops, with a sour note. Low body, medium carbonation. Finish is sour and bitter. Interesting, not as dry as most IPA, but enhanced by the sourness. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Cerveza de color ámbar con una cabeza de color amarillento. Aroma a malta, a lúpulo y a levadura. Sabor suave a malta , caramelo, especias y levadura con un toque un poco amargo y afrutado al final.

Domus definitely seems to be exceptionally good at producing beers with a full natural frothy head and a traditional unfiltered body, is this orange accented pale ale displays. Aroma seems a bit weaker and less appetizing for this one, smells of warm bready malt and sharp citrusy hops, strikes me as an odd combination. Taste is malty, some lemony yeasty notes, hoppy notes somewhere between grassy and herbal. Bitter but not as strongly hopped as other pale ales. Some spicy notes in the finish. Interestingly complex with several layers of taste, but I don't think the end result is ultimately enjoyable. Too dry of a texture as well, seems to contradict the juicy hoppiness. Lesser than the sum of it's parts, so to speak.

Its quite similar to an IPA but more refinated, less aroma and a more calibrated taste and not so sour aftertaste.

Bottle in Madrid. Pretty good one. Fruity and spicy tones in taste, pleasant palate, nice copper color. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
