Aroma de almendra y citricos acompañado a un buen cuerpo y muy poco carbonata, en boca se nota el cardamomo, sin duda un trabajo excelente.

Foamy as hell... Literally had only foam on my first pour. Stable too. Roasted malts, sweet yeast, berries, classic hops but dry enough. Sweet body, doesn’t drink easily and in warm temperatures not what I was looking for, but not a bad brew for sure. (33cl bottle at The Market Valencia)

Cerveza muy navideña, olor dulzón a chicle, cuerpo medio y cabeza basta, carbonatacion viva. Se percibe rápido la almendra y el cítrico. Entra con sabor metálico. Final seco.

330ml bottle.09-05-2014.
In short: a spicy ale.
Pours hazy amber with nice frothy off white head. Some little gushing. Long head retention, some lacing. Malty, caramel, cinnamon, balsamic aromas.Medium body, average to high carbonation, some crispy texture. Taste is spicy, malty, some earthy and fruity notes, some harsh notes. Peculiar and enjoyable.

Tasted @ Noblejas 2013 Beerfestival. Orangish colour with an off-white head with a good lasting. Aroma is dominated by bittery almonds, citrus notes and light sweet hints. Flavor is spicy where cinnamon is highly present, malty sensation and light bitterness. Very slightly smokiness.

750 mL. Pours a beautiful orange brown with a thick beige head. Massive aroma of citrusy hop, amaretto, coffee malt, spice and a custard note. Fairly sweet but balanced by saffron tinged hop bitterness. Flavored, but not overwhelming. Medium bodied and creamy on the palate with high carbonation. Fantastic! Far superior to the regular Domus range.
