750 ml bottle. Still impressed by this lager. Really aromatic, fresh, herbal and citrus aromas. Pours hazy golden, with very nice white head, dense, compact and persistent, some lacing. Light to medium body, oily texture, average carbonation, Taste is amazingly smooth, mild, bitterness well integrated with malty character, very refreshing and quaffable, along with some acid notes. Really enjoyable and one of the best spanish beers i ever had.

No te la pierdas!!. 750ml bottle (#305 out of 350 lt ed). ½ Pint glass. Enjoyed on jun´12 –also on-tap @Mediona Beer Fair-. Pours deep amber in color. Off-white, medium bubbled, froth. Close & creamy crown, good retention & spoty sides. Intense piney & resiny aromas, tropical fruit fragancy –papaya & ripe mango- to the nose. Slightly bitterness touch your tongue then moderate mildy toasted malts balances the flavor. Slick palate & spicy notes. Medium to light body, low carbonation. Increasing woody & resiny hoppiness in the middle lingers into an extended clean bitter finish. Texture is oily. Astringent & sharp bitter aftertaste. Very nice session beer. Should be included into Imperial Pils style since its high hoppy/bitter profile despite its ABV. Don´t miss it!!

Sample at AMCA’12 (Madrid). Coppery colour with an excellent formation of an creamy head, off-white and with a perfect duration. Aroma is hoppy with hints of resins. Flavour is smooth, bittery, notes of orange peel are present, resins. The final is dense, with a decent bitterness with a medium long duration. Carbonation is medium. Body is medium. Texture is oily.

Want of the standouts at the recent Feria de Cervezas in Madrid. Not what I would call a ’pale lager’ -- highly hopped and yes a bit pale but far more cloudy. Hops dominate and this drinks like a session brew. Well done!

Good yellow head over hazy orange-amber beer. Very fresh grapefruit aromas from fresh C-hops, jumping out of the bottle, strawberry aroma. Bitter, fruity hops, but including a fruity sweetness; very good balance. Spritzy, refreshing, slight slickness. Longlasting citrussy aftertaste. Excellent! And I’d say doubly excellent seen from where it hails!
