Bottled. A dark golden beer with an off-white head. The aroma has notes of straw and herbs. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and straw, leading to a watery finish.

500ml green bottle. Sweaty and skunky but pleasent (yes) nose of stewed grains and sweaty dried hops. Flavor is light pale malts and some witbier like coriander and wheat notes, not from any actual ingredients but a byproduct of the pale malt and yeast. Good for what it is, simple international lager thankfully not ruined by too much time in the bottle. I like.

Bottle. Head is initially average sized, frothy, white, mostly diminishing. Body is clear medium yellow. Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain, husks), lightly hoppy (herbs, flowers), with light notes of DMS and chemicals. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly to moderately bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, moderately bitter, slightly husky/unclean. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. As plain Russian lagers go, it’s actually pretty respectable...you can smell hops in the nose, the balance is decent, and the unpleasant aspects are not so strong as to make you cringe. Drinkable for the genre.

Appearance: Clear gold with bright, medium white top.
Nose : easily noticeable aroma of oxidized notion , sweet citric hints with pale grainy base.5-
Flavor/Palate : Soft bodied , malty lager placed on sweet side. Slightly metallic as well not as cleanly brewed as one might wish for. Fair

As with many Eastern European lagers that I’ve had, the aroma of this yellow brew begins on a slightly skunked note. In this case, that soon fades to be replaced by a slightly grainy, sweet malt and a light herbal, grassy hop bitterness. This is fairly soft in the mouth. It tastes of sweet malts, a teaspoon of minerals, and a very light hop bitterness. Actually, not too bad of a brew from "the Other Baltika."

Bottle: Gold, nice head and light lacing. Nose of light hops and super sweet malt. Some pale malt in the flavor, very light but clean, some hops. Decent average lager. A bit too metallic though.

Clear light golden color with a fluffy off-white head. Some decent lacing. Big skunky aroma. Hints of grain, malt, herbs and grass as well. Light flavors from the start with chalky malt. Grain and mild wintergreen middle and finish. Finish has light minerals and again a bit of mint. Me thinkest a touch too much maltose syrup.

Hay yellow. Foamy head. Wafts of light-struck hops dominate the nose. Lack of a balancing hop bitterness causes the slight sweetness to come across as cloying. Other than some mild noble-ish hop notes that develop once the skunk in the nose dissipates, this beer offers little to enjoy.
