A hazy amber pour with an off-white head. Certainly some cinnamon to the nose. A fair amount of ginger, too. Sort of a spicy gingerbread sort of aroma. Only mildly sweet. The flavor is surprisingly dry. Some toast and gingerbread and quite a bit of cinnamon.

Tap at the brewery thanks to ChinoSkillzian. Muddy, ugly dark brown pour with weak foam. Big cinnamon, anise, and nutmeg nose. Heavy holiday spice. Taste brings a lot of spicy gingerbread. Dry palate. Successful and enjoyed by our group.
