COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Yellow pour with a white head. The aroma is full of yeast, leather and herbs. The flavor is very similar with a lot of herbal notes, complimented by some biscuit malt and yeast. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

Bottled@HBF2013. Hazy amber colour with a mediumsized off-white foamy head, that leaves nice haze. Aroma is fruity, floral, caramelly and mildly toffeeish and spicy. Flavour is a bit sour wood, some fruits, alcohol, toffee and mild spicy notes.

(Bottle, 0.33 l, at One Pint Pub, 20130509) The beer poured deep mahogany coloured and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had sourness, sweat and honey. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were sourness, malts, honey, yeast and bitterness. Aftertaste was sour. I think this beer shouldn’t have been sour. Weird.

Small yellowish ehad over (cold)hazed orange beer with countless small UFO’s. More (citrus)hop than honey in the nose, some spicy herb as well; the honey appearing in the background. Bitterish-spicy; yeast/dough flavours. Some alcoholic sweetness as well, liqueurish. Feels very carbonated to fizzy. Some gristslickness, medium bodied. Aftertaste carries some honey-like hints. Not distinctive enough. Balance is OK, but for the rest, I can’t get hot nor cold over this.
